Rill & Rook Drain Care
What we do

Two services, both about knowing what is in the pipe

Rill & Rook Drain Care clears blocked sinks, toilets and outside drains at homes and rental properties in Bristol. Each visit starts with an assessment of the reported problem, so the work that follows is based on what was found.

For people buying a house, we run a camera through the accessible private drains and send a written report: what the inspection found, with images, and which sections could not be inspected.

Blocked drain help or a camera survey

A blocked sink, toilet or outside drain

Tell us which fitting is affected, the property postcode and how we get in. We attend and assess the problem. If clearance is needed it is quoted separately, and you agree the scope and price before any work starts.

Landlords can name a tenant as the person giving access.

How blockage call-outs work
Cast iron gully grating in a small paved back garden against weathered red brick with a downpipe meeting the ground
An outside gully at the foot of a downpipe.
Open brick-lined inspection chamber in a garden with a clean channel at the bottom and the lid set aside on paving
An open inspection chamber with its lid set aside.

A camera survey before you buy

Arrange access with the seller first, then request a survey. We confirm the visit directly with you. The report records what the inspection found and where access limited it. It does not predict how the drains will behave in future.

How to request a visit

From request to findings

  1. 1

    Send the details

Choose a blockage call-out or a camera survey. Give the property postcode, your relationship to the property, a short description and the access arrangements.

  2. 2

    We reply and confirm

Requests are answered during working hours. We confirm availability and details, and the visit is confirmed directly with you. Sending a request does not book a visit.

  3. 3

Visit, findings, then any further work

A blockage is assessed on site. A survey produces a written report. Any clearance or further investigation is quoted, and you agree the scope and price before it starts.

The form is on the request page. Phone and email are listed beside it.
